Let’s talk about… match routines 🎾 

For most players, it’s important to develop routines that we use before and during matches - they help us stay grounded and prepared for each point. 

The orange towel in the corner of this pic was a central part of my routine - between each point, I would go to my towel and take a minute to reset before the next point. These routines often evolve as we learn more about ourselves on and off the court.
