## Caption

We are proud to announce that UTC’s first Latino fraternity, Lambda Theta Phi (@utclambdas), will be honored with a special proclamation at the 2024 Hispanic Heritage Festival hosted by La Paz on Saturday, Sept. 21. 💙

Founded by 5 students, this fraternity represents a major step forward in fostering representation and community for Latino students at UTC. The proclamation comes during Hispanic Heritage Month, which celebrates the theme “Pioneers of Change: Shaping the Future Together.”

Join us in celebrating the achievements of these students and the impact they’re making on campus! -- Be sure to check out all the exciting events happening this month. Head to the Multicultural Affairs website (link in bio!) for a list of all the events! 🌟
