Say hey to Adam!

Adam Grace is our Leader Care Coordinator, and with years of dedicated service, he's transitioned into a role that perfectly aligns with his passion for supporting our leaders. Adam is your go-to person for building meaningful relationships with our leadership team and is committed to supporting you throughout your ministry journey before, during, and after your stay.

One of Adam's main responsibilities is creating leader profiles, which includes gathering contact information. This allows him to reach out for casual conversations or even setting up lunch meetings to offer guidance and support. Adam also makes it a point to ask how he can pray for each leader, and he shares some of those prayer requests in our staff meetings so we as a community can also be praying for you. His passion is helping leaders open up spiritually and reminding them they’re never alone in their ministry.

When groups are here, Adam makes an effort to attend their sessions and provide support wherever needed. He understands that leaders often can get burnout from pouring so much of themselves into others, but not being poured back into, which is why he’s dedicated to coming alongside you. Adam wants you to know that there’s a community here, praying for you and caring for you in any way you allow.
Additionally, Awanita has set up a leader lounge stocked with snacks and drinks, creating a welcoming space for leaders to take a break or connect with others.
