💥This weeks meal prep💥
1) grilled salmon & stir fry veggies
2) turkey chilli and rice/quinoa mix (I found this at aldiusa and it tastes so good) 
3) Peri-peri chicken and roasted veggies 
Did I make all this in under an hour? You bet I did!⏱😎 Meal prep is often associated with bodybuilders, those on strict diets or individuals following meal plans BUT IT WORKS FOR EVERYONE!! Ive even converted zibbyrules to sunday meal prep fanatic 😬. Making my meals in advance saves me some serous $$ and ⏱. When I get back from work or the gym and im exhasuted all I have to do is grab one of my meals from the freezer and nuke it 💥Healthy homemade meals in a jiffy! Without it I know I would reach for a takeout menu!!
