February has been a whirlwind, and it’s only helping me grow more than I ever imagined. From the excitement of NBA All-Star weekend to Andre Iguodala’s incredible retirement ceremony, to celebrating the 2014/15 10-year anniversary-it’s been a journey of reflection and celebration. Through it all, I’m still loving my job as a broadcaster with NBC, pushing myself to grow and build every day.

But it’s not just about work. I’ve been making new connections, building friendships, and finding time to nurture my passions, like hosting and launching a food show. There are highs and moments of pure joy, but also a lot of guilt-because as much as I’m grinding and hustling, I sometimes feel like I’m missing out on the moments that matter most with my loved ones.

One of the most eye-opening moments this month, though, was spending time in prison with incarcerated individuals. It really put life into perspective for me, reminding me of the importance of compassion, resilience, and the value of every moment.

And to top it all off, I hosted my first fundraiser to support African children, something I’m incredibly proud of. Giving back and seeing the impact we can make together has been such a rewarding experience.

In the middle of the chaos, I decided to take a break and recharge in Mexico-just a small reminder that we all need to take a moment to breathe. February has been a month of growth, challenges, and beautiful lessons, and I can’t wait to see what March brings. Keep growing, keep building. The journey continues.
