Sausage & Broccolini Pasta….firmly in our rotation!  Have a great weekend …. Recipe 👇 -1lb Pasta, we used Cavatelli, use what you like -2 Italian Sausage Links, Whole Foods -5 Cloves Garlic, minced -Parsley…few tablespoons  -Basil…6-8 leaves -1C Chicken Stock or Broth -2 Heads Broccolini, heads only -1C Pecorino Romano, shredded -1C Pasta Water -2-3T Italian Breadcrumbs -Olive Oil -Salt & Pepper as you wish  **Skillet Med Low Heat, add olive oil **Pinch sausage into small bites, cook a few min on each side until browned **Add garlic until you smell it **Add parsley and basil, cook a few min **Add Chicken Stock. Salt & Pepper, bring to easy boil **Cook Pasta for about 4 min **Add broccolini to pasta, cook 3-4 min **Add add this to sauce and bring together **Add cheese and pasta water, turn heat off, bring together **Top w bread crumbs and serve **Drop a bite for dog #pasta #sausage #broccoli #weeknightmeal #3piecesofpecan #fyp
