With around 1 in 5 teenagers suffering from depression, World Teen Mental Wellness Day aims to raise awareness on mental health concerns commonly faced by adolescents and to correct negative perceptions that push them away from seeking help. We offer several resources for adolescents struggling with mental health or substance misuse, including a monthly training on Youth Mental Health First Aid for adults.
