this is a core memory. while making my 2nd album MERIDIAN, stevie would sing along whenever she felt the music. I jokingly called her my A&R bc I didn’t have a label and didn’t have anyone telling me what I should make. 

Now I’m back in that place and letting the feeling guide me. And that feels very good.
