We're rolling out a new patient portal, called Navigating Cancer, to better connect patients with their care team! 💻

If you have an email address on file, be on the lookout in a couple of weeks for an invitation to sign up.🎗

If you currently use CareSpace, you will continue to have access to the portal for 6 weeks after the transition. ✨

We're looking forward to this upgrade and the features it will provide to our patients!
