President Donald Trump announced Monday that a Taiwanese semiconductor company plans to make a $100 billion investment in chip manufacturing in the U.S over the next four years.

Bill Walsh, CEO and founder of Powerteam International, said while this is good news, it's trying to distract people from the "craziness" in the Trump administration surrounding tariffs and the war in Ukraine.
