## Caption

The Pocono Mountains are popular destination for people from NJ/NY/ PA because of the easy commute and year round attractions. 

📌 Spend a nice relaxing weekend with me at the cuuuutest lake house there  and save this for when you want to plan an easy, chill getaway. 

I stayed at the boho_bungalow_arrowhead with coryhernandez01 during one of the coldest weekends this winter. ❄️ It was literally below freezing but this Airbnb located on Lake Arrowhead in the Poconos was so comfortable and cozy and such a vibe with the indoor fireplace. 

We knew it was going to be cold so we planned to stay in all weekend long. 

We cooked fun and easy meals that utilized similar ingredients, we played board games, cards and watched Netflix all weekend long. 

We even brought our dog Mila and she was so so happy. 

Boho Bungalow was so clean, they had everything we needed from pots and pans, towels, even hammocks, books, games and more. 

If you are looking for a place to stay, I highly recommend boho_bungalow_arrowhead.

here’s how I would best prepare 

📝 go grocery shopping before and get everything you need for dinner/breakfast. Plan for a charcuterie board for lunch so you can graze throughout the day 

📝 don’t forget ingredients for s’mores 😋

📝 you can buy firewood from a local store right before you enter the complex. Make sure you buy or find smaller pieces of wood to help start your fire, or buy one of those starter logs

📝 next time I’m literally just packing sweats and athleisure wear

📝 bring face masks and anything fun to make it a self care pampering weekend 

📝 no need to bring board games because they have so many great options at the house
 
Can’t wait to go back again in warmer weather with Gabe and Alessa. They will love the lake, the pools , and all the fun activities at the lodge.
