With over 20 years of experience in elite swimming, Matt Levy brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to the Swimming NSW Board. A five-time Paralympian, multiple medalist, and passionate mentor, Matt is dedicated to athlete development, governance, and making sport more inclusive.

Beyond the pool, Matt holds a business degree and an MBA, has worked in banking, and served on several boards, including Ability Options and Rainbow Club Australia. His expertise in strategy, leadership, and change management helps drive Swimming NSW’s growth and long-term success.
