Our Bartending Series lands in Hong Kong, where we visit the stunning theaubreyhk inside the Mandarin Oriental Hotel. 

 At this glamorous Japanese izakaya — with breathtaking harbor views to match —  beverage manager devendersehgal_ has created “Uto”, a cocktail that blends Hibiki’s rich layers with apple, citrus, cinnamon, a dash of Green Chartreuse and a dash of Kagoshima shochu. 

Marvelously refreshing, it’s a perfect match for decadent bites like their Wagyu Sando and miso black cod.
