A Temple Station Training Officer and Training deputy responded to a shoplifting call in cityofrosemead 

Due to recent changes in the law, the Temple Station deputies were able to arrest the shoplifter for a felony because she had two previous theft convictions! 

Once the Temple Station deputies transported the suspect to Temple Station Jail they completed the booking packet and got it approved by the Watch Sergeant and Watch Commander
