Why hairstylists sit in their car for a bit after work ... 

People have vented to them all day: they learned about someone's grandpa passing, someone's spouse who wasn't faithful, someone's daughter who got cancer.

They've had to maintain cheer and empathy. They dont get an "off day," They/ve had to be technically perfect at their job all day all while being watched in the mirror.

It’s okay to take a breath and take time for you whenever you can ...
