🏡 Detached Home Benchmark Price is $628,000. 12.9% increase 📈 from Sep 2021.

🏫Condo Benchmark Prices is $227,900. 10.7% increase 📈from Sep 2021

🔹Sales activity is still far stronger than levels achieved prior to the pandemic and is well above long-term trends for September

🔹Strong Sales for Condo & Row Houses: “With a new September record, condo sales continue to rise relative to last year, contributing to year-to-date sales of 5,026, a 60% gain over last year. “

“While demand is easing, especially for higher priced detached and semi-detached product, purchasers are still active in the affordable segments of the market, cushioning much of the impact on sales,” 

🔹Market shift to more balanced due to adjustment to Home Prices: “New listings ease, preventing the market from becoming oversupplied and supporting more balanced conditions.”
