🏡 Detached Home Benchmark Price is $643,600. 14.8% increase 📈 from July 2021.

🏫Condo Benchmark Prices is $278,800. 9.7% increase 📈from July 2021

🔹”Significant slowdowns in the detached and semi-detached market were nearly offset by sales growth in the apartment and row sectors.”

🔹Rising Mortgage Rates play important roles in shifts in the market. Bidding wars are ceased, and new listings for higher-priced homes are on the rise relative to sales activities.

🔹“Meanwhile, there continues to be a lack of supply for lower-priced detached and semi-detached product. This is driving consumers who are looking for affordable homes to purchase apartment- and row-style properties.” 

🔹4749 units in Total, 2369 Single Detached Homes as of August 3, 2022.
