Good afternoon my Instagram Friends and Family, I hope everyone's doing great! In this video I will be touching base with April's Report for the Real Estate Market compared to last year. The good news is, the pricing of homes is still very much the same with only a 1% decline in the average benchmark pricing. Total transactions may be less, but now is a great time to enjoy buying given the low interest rates. Sellers be confident and certain that the market is picking up and people are starting to get out there and look for homes! Hope everyone is still staying safe and keeping busy!
