When an introvert or socially awkward person, like myself, tries to book and appointment. I feel like I need to write a script, rehearse, walk the dog, have a few cups of coffee, practise on my dog and do vocal warmups before calling to book an appointment. I still stutter and make a fool of myself. It’s like I forget how to speak, and how to exist.
