After the last **Open Workout** on **Friday, March 14th**, we’re handing it over to the next generation! 💪🏽👧🏽🧒🏼 

We’re hosting a **Kids Heat** for all the little athletes (ages **10-17**) who want to get in on the fun. Whether they lift big or just love to move, we’re here to **cheer them on** as a community! 🎉👏 

Even if you don’t have kids participating, come out, show some love, and be part of the energy. Let’s make this an event to remember! 💥💙
