At The Sonder Project, we've witnessed firsthand the transformative power of supporting women in their professional journeys, local communities, and society at large. Empowered women not only achieve remarkable feats but also uplift those around them.

🙌🏼♀️On our community farm, over 80% of our farmers are women, driving growth and innovation. Similarly, 60% of our 'Education is Power' students are girls, and we require that women constitute 50% of our water leadership committees in communities where we drill wells. 
Every day, we're inspired by the resilience and strength of girls and women worldwide – and recognize the work that is still needed to achieve equality for ALL women.

Here are some ideas for ACTION to celebrate women today and every day:

💼Support Local Women Entrepreneurs: Consider purchasing products or services from women-owned businesses in your community
💭Mentorship: Offer your time and expertise to mentor a woman seeking guidance in her personal or professional life
🎓Education: Consider sponsoring a student through our #EducationIsPower program – find out more at the link in our bio
