Sunday well spent at our 9th monthly Wellness Run with miamirunclub this morning. We explored a new scenic route to Bayfront Park, enjoying the beautiful sunrise views and some fun group exercises before heading back to the hotel, followed by a refreshing cooldown by the pool, light bites, and delicious smoothies from realmfoods.
