🙌 A health update! 🙌

Sully's  health scare started at the end of October, with a diagnosis of spondylosis. By early November, he had bloated and required an emergency gastropexy surgery. We got through that the best we could, and then the other ball dropped. 

It's been just 14 weeks since Sully was first diagnosed with discospondylitis and epidural empyema, causing his back legs to stop working.

Just 10.5 weeks since he started walking again (both with and without the wheelchair), with some assistance needed to get up. 

Now? We're still working on building up that muscle and as you can see, he's getting along pretty well! We do short walks on level surfaces without the wheels, and now we're working on "off-roading" with the wheels!

I'm so thankful for everyone that has prayed for him and continues to pray for him - I truly do believe that it has helped!

We still have a long road ahead of us, but Sully is trying his hardest and that's all I can ask for. ❤️
