We’re transforming Downtown West!

Three new residential developments alongside two major office-to-residential conversions are on the horizon, bringing new life and energy to Calgary’s west end. 

Thanks to the Downtown Calgary Development Incentive Program, these projects will:

🏠 Create 1,100+ new homes
🏙️ Transform vacant spaces into vibrant communities 
👣 Increase foot traffic to Calgary’s west end
🛍️ Support local businesses 
🤝 Create a more connected downtown
