Made my javelin debut today! I honestly wasn’t very confident coming into the competition and felt like I hadn’t practiced enough to be competitive, but I had to get a mark before the start of the CIF season tomorrow. I’m so thankful to marr_wilcox for helping me calm my nerves and with my training thus far. I was surprised to do as well as I did in my first competition, but I’m really looking forward to getting better in this event as I gain more experience!
