This #BlackHistoryMonth, ULI celebrates the transformative impact of Black leaders in real estate who are shaping thriving, equitable communities across the nation. We're proud to launch our Member Spotlight series featuring visionaries who exemplify excellence and innovation in our industry.

Meet Herman Bulls, Vice Chairman, Americas at @jll whose 35-year legacy of pioneering real estate solutions has transformed institutions and communities alike. As a steadfast advocate for diversity in real estate, Herman reminds us that "organizations that want to remain competitive must ensure their products and services are envisioned and designed for the diverse markets and individuals who represent the tapestry of our communities."

Mr. Bulls has been an active ULI member since 2007 and plays a key role in the University Development and Innovation Council, a Product Council focused on advancing real estate development and innovation within academic institutions and university-affiliated projects. His engagement reflects a commitment to shaping the future of education-based real estate and fostering innovation in the built environment.

Read more about Mr. Bulls at the link in our bio!

Join us each week as we highlight Black ULI members whose leadership and expertise are building a more inclusive and sustainable future in real estate.
