This #BlackHistoryMonth, ULI honors visionary leaders expanding opportunity in commercial real estate. Kicking off this week’s Member Spotlight series is Ken McIntyre, CEO of the Real Estate Executive Council (REEC), who is championing diversity and talent development.

Ken's work connects underrepresented communities to CRE careers, with initiatives reaching over 1,000 students annually. "Our industry can only attract the best talent if we provide exposure and access across all segments of society."

Join us in celebrating the leaders shaping a more inclusive future. Explore their stories and impact by visiting the link in our bio.
