The biggest (and grandest) tower in Tampa Bay history is nearing completion. With owners moving in in 2025 (with limited residences remaining), 400 Central is set to become one of the region’s most iconic landmarks.

It will also showcase what will unquestionably be the best views in all of Tampa Bay. The Sky Lounge Observatory rises 515 feet off the ground, offering awe-inspiring views of the Bay and Gulf from the 46th floor.

Of course, the new building will offer St. Petersburg more than just a place to live. At ground level, it will bring 48,000 square feet of retail space to the 400 Block of Central Avenue with a “robust collection” of independent shops, restaurants, and galleries.
