Richard is the owner of RI Entertainment, a man­age­ment and con­sult­ing firm fo­cus­ing on the mu­sic and en­ter­tain­ment in­dus­try. Previously, he was executive vice president and general manger of Def Jam Recordings and COO of SRC Records.
