## Caption

Cox’s Bazar, in #Bangladesh, is the world’s largest refugee settlement, home to more than one million Rohingyas.

Most families in the camp are entirely dependent on humanitarian aid for survival.

Now, a combination of factors has left a record number of people, including 15% of the children in Cox’s Bazar, facing emergency levels of malnutrition.

Declining food rations, poor diets and a lack of safe water and health services are especially dangerous for children.

unicef warns that urgent and sustained international support is critical to save lives.
