🌟 Alumnae Spotlight 🌟

Meet Trina Hoang, a proud member of the Harvard Softball Class of 2023! Trina lived in Winthrop House and pursued a degree in Psychology with a Secondary in Economics. During her time at Harvard, she was actively involved in Harvard Women in Business and the Harvard University Sports Lab. Now, she’s thriving in the world of marketing and market research in Boston!

Trina credits Harvard Softball for shaping her into the person she is today. Reflecting on her time with HSB, she shares, “HSB has shaped who I am today and I will forever be grateful for the teammates and coaches who contributed to that growth! My time with HSB allows me to walk through life with the utmost confidence because it taught me how to handle adversity, be a good teammate, and communicate effectively.. and it made me learn quickly! Not only have I applied these skills to my personal life, but every interviewer I’ve ever spoken to is now an HSB expert!”

Her favorite memories include spring break trips to California filled with family, sunshine, and great food, earning championship rings, competing in Arizona and Arkansas Regionals, exploring the San Diego Zoo with the team, and, of course, the legendary PJ and roomie reveals. And if you know, you know… being Tina!

Her advice to current HSB players? Cherish the small moments! Embrace every late meal, sweet treat stop, pre-game ritual, and inside joke with each other. You are a softball player but a teammate first. Get that ring together!!!
