Something I love is going to coffee shops, trying new coffees, and walking away with a bag that I discovered there. 

During our visit to @dripstudiohnl we tried @dakcoffeeroasters “Milky Cake” and instantly thought it was delicious. It’s a Thermal Shock from Cauca, Colombia and it is an amazing balance of sweet and nuttiness that makes for a beautiful pour over. 

Brewed on @hariousa v60 with @fellowproducts kettle.
