## Caption

💐 Three fun floral focused coffee recipes to try!

1. Mint simple syrup. Take a cup of mint leaves and muddle with 1 cup of sugar. Add 1 cup of water and boil in a pot till sugar dissolves, and then simmer till reduced. Strain into a jar. 

2. Take .5 cup of dried lavender buds, 1 vanilla bean pod (cut in half, to expose seeds), and .5 cup of sugar. Add 1 cup of water, boil in a pot till sugar dissolves, and then simmer till reduced by half. Strain into a jar. 

3. Juice 1 cup of orange juice, add one cinnamon stick, 2 cardamom pods, 2 cloves, and one star anise. Peel the skin of half an orange and put in the pot. Add .5 cup of sugar, boil in a pot till sugar dissolves, and then simmer till reduced by half. Strain into a jar.
