## Caption

In the summer of 2018, Russell Ranch harvested 13,838 lbs of tomatoes all of which were used in the UC Davis Dining Services locations to create our Halal roasted Tomato sauce. The cooking process is lead by Chef Bob Walden at the UC Davis Culinary Support Center.
