“My name is Haley Hockensmith, and I am incredibly proud to be serving as the Vice President of New Member Education for Sigma Kappa this year. I chose to join Sigma Kappa because of the strong sense of community and belonging I felt from the very beginning. This chapter has become my second home, and it’s where I’ve met some of my best friends—women who inspire me every day with their kindness, ambition, and support. The bond we share is truly something special, and I couldn’t be more grateful to be a part of it.
Being a part of this sisterhood has helped me grow, learn, and feel empowered. I can’t wait to welcome the new member class and share this experience with them. Sigma Kappa has shaped me in so many positive ways, and I’m beyond excited to see what this year holds for all of us.”
