This past weekend, deeofficial31 was one of 32 players honored at the 47th annual Ed Block Award Foundation Event, edblockfoundation. 🏆🏈💙

Voted on by his Cowboys teammates, this prestigious honor recognizes players who demonstrate exceptional sportsmanship, courage, and resilience, both on and off the field.

After overcoming a torn ACL in his rookie season, DeMarvion made an inspiring return in 2024, starting 12 of 13 games and leading the Cowboys defense with 95 tackles and 5 sacks. 

Off the field, DeMarvion has given back to his beloved community of Arp, Texas, through back-to-school backpack giveaways, holiday charity events, and school appearances.

In recognition of his impact, Arp honored him by declaring December 13, 2024, as ‘DeMarvion Overshown Day’ and proudly displaying his name on their hometown sign. As he prepares for an epic comeback in 2025, his determination, service to both the game and his community, and his unwavering spirit truly embody the essence of this award.
