#fastfeetfriday the fastest winter in the books🔥 
The past 16 weeks have absolutely flown by, and were fired up to send our athletes into spring season faster and more athletic than ever.

A little snapshot of the average progress our athletes saw throughout this training season:

Top Speed Increase: 1.5-1.8 MPH
Acceleration Increase: 1-1.3m/s
Vertical Jump: 1.5-2 inches
Broad Jump: 2-3.5 inches

While these numbers are just the average—those athletes who did training the right way saw even better improvements. They were DIALED on their nutrition, body care and sleep—and they understood that everything they do outside the gym impacts their performance. 

Huge spring on deck for these athletes, excited to see them beat the shit out of their competition.
