🎼 Stephen Chilton (psykosteve) began producing concerts in 2000, developing new artists as they grew globally, including Frank Turner, Ghost, Bleachers, and The Maine. In 2019, Psyko Steve Presents was named “Best Promoter” by the Phoenix New Times. Today, his team producea over 700 concerts a year, and festivals like 2022’s ZONA Music Festival, 8123 Fest, and the talent for the M3F Festival. PSP also produces concerts in various Arizona venues, from their own space The Rebel Lounge, to Valley Bar, Crescent Ballroom, The Van Buren, Marquee Theatre, Arizona Financial Theatre, and Mesa Amphitheater. 

🎶 Patrick Ermlich (patrickermlich) is a seasoned music industry professional from a musical family of opera singer-entrepreneurs. He honed his skills at Northeastern University's music business program and The Conservatory of Recording Arts & Sciences in Arizona. Patrick's entrepreneurial spirit led to the launch of an independent record label, followed by a leading music publicity agency, Gramophone Media. With over 1,000 artists in his portfolio, he is a sought-after mentor, strategist, and collaborator. As founder of Compass Method Consulting, Patrick contributes to the community through artist mentorship, speaking engagements, and as an educator at Berklee Online.

📈 Nicole Underwood (thezenithexperiment) is a dynamic connector, songwriter, performer and visual storyteller, who promotes the power of community and the arts in Phoenix, Arizona. Nicole is co-author of "Phoenix's Roosevelt Row" and currently uses her creative skills to amplify local musicians through her music event production company The Zenith Experiment. Nicole embraces the vital need for artists to authentically express their truth through creativity, and consistently finds innovative ways to connect monumental music moments with the masses.
