INGREDIENTS:
For the Brisket:
•Leftover brisket, sliced thin
•2 tbsp hoisin sauce
•1 tbsp soy sauce
•1 tsp fish sauce
•1 tsp honey
•1 clove garlic, minced
•1 tsp freshly grated ginger
•½ tsp black pepper
For the Pickled Vegetables:
•1 cup julienned carrots
•1 cup julienned daikon radish
•½ cup rice vinegar
•1 tbsp sugar
•½ tsp salt
For the Spicy Mayo:
•½ cup mayonnaise
•2 tbsp melindasfoods sriracha 
•1 tsp lime juice
Additional Ingredients:
•French baguette 
•1 small cucumber, sliced thin
•½ cup fresh cilantro leaves
•1 jalapeño, sliced 
•2 tbsp pâté 
Instructions:
1️⃣Prepare the Pickled Vegetables. n a bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until dissolved. Add the julienned carrots and daikon radish. Let sit for at least 30 minutes
2️⃣In a small bowl, mix hoisin sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and black pepper. Heat a skillet over medium heat and toss in the sliced brisket along with the sauce mixture. Stir until the brisket is warmed through and caramelized slightly.
3️⃣Mix mayonnaise, sriracha, and lime juice in a small bowl. Set aside.
4️⃣slice open the baguette rolls and spread a layer of pâté on one side. Spread the spicy mayo on the other side. Layer the warm brisket, followed by the drained pickled vegetables, cucumber slices, fresh cilantro, and jalapeño slices. Enjoy!
