The #WesternMustangs at westernuniversity and Western_Rec teamed up with specialolympicsontario to host an incredible Women in Sport Day! 

With 25 Special Olympic women on the court, the focus was on teamwork, inclusivity, and basketball fundamentals, plus some dance parties too! These incredible women are pushing boundaries, inspiring others, and leading with their hearts. 

Shout out to the westernwomensbball team, #Mustangs Women's Basketball Associate Head Coach Meg Wilson, and Jenna Smith from western_rec for making this event possible and their amazing leadership and energy throughout the day 💜.
