ACL Recovery: Change of Direction🏃🏽‍♀️

She’s backkkkkk!!! I love all of the change of direction I’m doing right now at physical therapy. I do get tired after like 3 seconds but I’m trying to build my cardio back up and get into changing direction quicker. I’m starting to practice with more intensity with the ball and I will say I’m out of shape. Soccer shape is a different kind of shape I really need to get back into.!🌟⚽️
