A Saturday bodybarkaty and my first workout vlog over here! It’s been a year since my first class and this is truly the first time I’ve actually enjoyed my workout. I love how I feel during and after class but let me tell yall it is not easy lol. If you would’ve told me a year ago I would’ve applied for instructor training I would’ve laughed but here we are. I can’t wait to be your new favorite Pilates instructor!!
