🗣️We’ve got date night dinner at home. Lol but no seriously some simple plating can really bring the luxe vibe home. These Cajun garlic butter lobster tails were a hit at our New Year’s party and a dinner favorite throughout the year. Here’s the steps:

Lobster tails : you’ll need butter, garlic, cajun seasoning and parsley to garnish. Before baking or steaming spread garlic butter mixture on top of lobster tails then top with parsley. 

Mashed Potatoes: use your potato of choice but I prefer baby red potatoes. After boiling until soft you’ll mix in milk, garlic, butter, sour cream, salt and pepper (to taste). 

Spinach: just a simple sauté with you guessed it, garlic and butter. 

Plate it up and enjoy!
