Save + Share this RIP themed table for your next milestone birthday. When bumbleb_r_i said she wanted to do a tablescape for one of our dinners in Cartegena, Colombia I was too excited. Here’s my tips for handling decor internationally:

1. Plan the tablescape in advance using a moodboard.
2. Ensure you have ample space for items to pack with you.
3. Don’t be afraid to buy things when you get there. I sourced all the flowers from the local floral mart.
4. Work with what you have. I found the candles in different spaces at the BNB.
5. Allow ample time to set up.
