Your portfolio attracts the clients you shoot for. I have nothing against food trucks, they are amazing, but if your work is all low-budget, fast food style shots in plastic containers, don’t expect high-end restaurants to take you seriously.

Luxury brands want to see elevated visuals. If your dream clients are Michelin-starred restaurants or premium food brands, start building a portfolio that speaks their language.
