What if technology could help you make smarter food choices? 🤔 We sat down with Ontario Tech researcher, Dr. joannearcand, and PhD student, Bridve Sivakumar, from ot_fhsc to talk about the role that technology can play in supporting a healthy diet, and their web app called Sodium 101, which helps inform users about healthy sodium intake.
