Hi Instagram! I’m Rachel but friends and family call me Rae. I’m 34 and live in Chicago with my 11 year-old shih-tzu George and 8 month-old kitten Charlie.  I love collecting art, fashion, health/wellness, plants and cooking in addition to traveling for work and fun.

I call myself the Olivia Pope of Sports because I’ve built a 15 year career creating marketing campaigns and managing crisis comms for major brands including nba wnba nbcsports nwsl statefarm. (Fun fact: I lived in the NBA bubble and used to run the jakefromstatefarm account 😆.) I’m on a journey to share more of my expertise and experience with the world as a tv correspondent / public speaker and I’m sharing that journey with my followers (wish me luck 🤞🏾).
