Okay, real talk. Opening cans can be a struggle. #AD Seriously, I once sliced my finger open on a tuna can and ended up needing stitches – ouch! So, when I found the proctor_silex Cordless Can Opener, it was a game-changer. Especially if you have carpal tunnel or just find opening cans tough, this thing is amazing. One touch, it self-aligns, and opens any size can, completely hands-free. Sixty cans on a single charge, and it recharges super-fast. And the edges? Smooth! No more sharp lids. Plus, it’s compact, comes in three cute colors – I love my mint one – and it made making this Tuna Bean Salad a total breeze. Seriously, check out the link in my bio to grab yours. You’ll thank me later! Grab the recipe for this Tuna Bean Salad below!

Tuna Bean Salad
.
Ingredients:
•	2 (5-ounce) cans albacore tuna in water, drained
•	1 (15-ounce) can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
•	2 tablespoons green onions, thinly sliced
•	¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
•	1 lemon, zest and juice
•	2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
•	Salt, to taste
•	Black pepper, to taste
•	Garlic powder, to taste
•	Red pepper flakes (optional, for a little heat)
Instructions:
Open cans using the proctor_silex Cordless Can Opener. Drain the tuna well and flake it into a medium-sized bowl using a fork. Rinse the cannellini beans thoroughly under cold water, then drain them well. Add them to the bowl with the tuna. Add the sliced green onions and chopped red onion to the tuna and beans. Zest the entire lemon and add the zest to the bowl. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice into the bowl. Drizzle the olive oil over the salad. Season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder to your taste. If you would like a little heat, add a pinch or two of red pepper flakes. Gently toss all the ingredients together until well combined.
