Have you ever wondered what life would be like without distractions? For the next month, I’m fasting from social media, TV, and secular music as a professional track and field athlete. My goal is to draw closer to God, sharpen my focus, and discover how these changes can impact my faith, mindset, and performance.

In this video, I’ll share why I’ve decided to take on this challenge, what I’m giving up, and how I’m preparing for the journey ahead. I’m not just doing this for myself—I want to inspire YOU to reflect on the distractions in your life and how they might be holding you back from God’s best.
