How it works: Free qualifying events for athletes aged 14 to 25 take place across Canada from February to May 2025. Participants compete to test their speed, strength, power, and endurance and find out what Olympic sport best fits their unique skill set. 💪 ⁣
•⁣
New this year are several key program changes designed to promote inclusion in sport: ⁣
🤯 RBC Training Ground Athlete Accelerator – a new funding and support opportunity for program participants who might experience financial barriers to high-performance sport. ⁣
🤩 Women’s Hour – an optional, scheduled participation timeslot at all qualifying events reserved for women! ⁣

The success stories: RBC has sent 21 program alumni to the Olympics, including two-time Olympic medallist in rowing Avalon Wasteneys and freestyler skier Marion Thénault, a bronze medalist from the Beijing 2022 Games. 🥇⁣
